The location was fantastic. It made exploring the area simple. The breakfast offered a lovely start to my day with delicious food served on the patio. The hotel also had nicely decorated spaces adding to the appeal.
I noticed some noise coming from other rooms. The walls seemed quite thin, allowing sounds to travel easily.

The staff ensured my early check-in was smooth, allowing me to settle in without delay. Leaving my luggage after check-out was simple. This service was really helpful because my train departed later. Breakfast service happened each morning on the terrace.

My room offered windows looking out over a busy street. Despite the street activity, the room was very quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

the room was quite small for what i paid. it felt a bit like an inner cabin on a ship (i'm not sure i liked that). also, breakfast started quite late and i missed it on both days i was there, disappointing.

The location was great, near the railway station. The room was nice! I found the staff very cute and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage safely there after check-out, because our train left later.
I found that after the check in, nobody speaks English. The floor was not well cleaned. I found old socks under the wardrobe. there isn't a frigobar in the room.

the location was convenient to santa lucia, vaporetto access, and the canneragio area. the room was spacious with tasteful decor. the bed was comfortable.
the staff was not very friendly or smiley. the welcome on the first evening lacked a simple "good evening". the person showed us to our room and offered no explanation about the hotel's operation.
